Air will not install

I've been through the posts and tried various options. No luck. Recently upgraded from cs5.5 suite to cs6. Back on cs 5.5 I was prompted for Air updates but they always failed. Now on cs6 I've uninstalled, cleaned the reg etc. Attached is log file and screenshot.

Please help... I need the help menus:-)
