Android Developer Message "The server could not process your apk. Try again"

Question

I keep getting this message when I upload my app to the Android market.

"The server could not process your apk. Try again"

Does anyone know what this message is and how to fix it? I've gotten this messge for new apps as well as for uploading new apps.

Running Flash CS6, Windows 7

Is it over 50 megs? Google Play has a 50 mb limit. I uploded a new app yesterday no problem. Try a different browser too. Google Chrome will probably be best for another Google service.
