[Android] Multitouch.maxTouchPoints returns only 2

Multitouch.maxTouchPoints returns only 2 maximum points no matter how much maximum points device touchscreen support.

It has been tested with AIR 13, AIR 17.0.0.144 and AIR 18.0.0.180 with Android 4.4.2 and Android 5.0.2 multiple different devices. Same problem in all cases. That works fine with Windows.

With this issue we cannot create good user interfaces because we don't know maximum supported touch points for device. Please fix it ASAP.
