Android - The server could not process your apk?

Im trying to upload to Android Market place but I keep getting the error 'The server could not process your apk'. Has anyone had this before, I've tried multiple changes to myapp-xml but it still errors.

Could someone post there own App Xml so I could compare it to mine?

I'm also having this problem. The app runs perfectly on my mobile device, but I can't seem to get past this message from the Developer Console. Ugh.

I can't seem to get any responses from anyone on this matter. I even posted in Google (and some other )forums and no one reponded to the issue.

If you find a solution please let me know. I have three apps that are currently in the system, but I have six more that I need to upload. With all six I get the same message.

Why?

Is there any response from anyone about this?

It seems completely arbitrary what gets processed and what doesn't.
