We've never had a problem using the Milkman Games ANE for in-app purchases on 7.1.2 -- does the username/password overlay pop up when you try to buy an IAP using an ad-hoc build on your device?  And this next part is kind of a silly question, but are you sure the Milkman Games ANE was included in the app-store build you submitted (and not just in the debug/ad-hoc build you're testing with)?

Reasons

  • 2.2: Apps that exhibit bugs will be rejected

2.2

We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS 7.1.2, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

When the user attempts to purchase the IAP, the loading indicator spins indefinitely and no content can be purchased. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Hi thank you for your reply. I use Flash CS6 to build so it automatically add ANE to the build. I got this reject from Apple for 4 times already.

I done some check: When I sign in my iTune Account in Setting->iTunes & App Store, information was not ask.

But when I sign out it ask for information and I sign in with my Test Account. It work fine. Is it normal?

Or this not my fault but Apple Reviewer fault?

Here is my screenshot in my device.

Hmm that sounds correct to me, seems like the Test Account / Sandbox is working fine but for some reason the appstore version isn't working (I'm guessing "the loading indicator spins indefinitely" means it's either not loading the IAP correctly or can't purchase them).  Since it works fine with one version and not the other, it might be something in iTunes Connect that you have to change for the appstore version to work:

In iTunes Connect, when you click "View Details" for your version, did you include all of the In-App Purchases to be submitted along with the app on this page (before clicking "Ready to Upload Binary")?  Below your Contact Information is a section to select which In-App Purchases to submit -- the debug/sandbox versions will work fine without this, but the submitted app-store version IAP won't work unless they're added there as well.
