Animate - Can't Publish to Android [HELP]

I'm able to build to iOS no problem. Android was working a few days ago. Out of nowhere it doesn't work anymore.  It appears to be publishing .. progress bar moving.. then the dialog jsut closes and no APK was built.

I tried in the last 3 AIR SDK's
