App keeps crashing after Air upgrade to 3.2

Hi Guys ,

I am developing an AIR app using Flash CS5.5 and it uses AIR 2.6 by default , Today i added AIR 3.2 inline with AIR 2.6 by following this guide http://blog.michaeljbowen.com/?p=116

Now My AIR app works fine with AIR 2.6 , but does not run and keeps crashing it with AIR 3.2 , 

I am desperately looking for a way to fix this.  i need your sincere help
