Appearance Flex Mobile

Hello guys.

I am creating a project using Apache Flex Mobile 4.10.0. But the theme is still Android 2.3. There will be an update of the theme for a newer version of Android or iOS?

Since Flex was donated to the Apache Foundation (http://flex.apache.org/), it would be up to the community to refresh the Flex Mobile theme to a newer look. I don't know if it is on their roadmap. You are certainly free to tackle the effort yourself and contribute it to the project.
