Apple Developer Notification Regarding Xcode5

Hi,

I just received a notification from Apple, that "Starting February 1, new apps and app updates submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK." 

Does this have any implications for those of us developing for iOS using AIR?
