Application crashed on Windows10 when use JPEGXREncoderOptions.

I use JPEGXREncoderOptions to save a picture with AIR SDK30, everything worked fine when on FlashBuilder, but when I creat a EXE and run , it crashed!

But when I use PNGEncoderOptions it's ok.
