Application loses focus on MAC

I have an air for desktop (22,23,24 same issue) on mac OSX. The application is in fullscreen mode. The application loads a stagewebview. One of the pages loaded has an html5 video. If I click the video controls fullscreen button and then click the exit fullscreen button the application is covered by the mac dock and the top tool bar.

The application remains in fullscreen as it should, but the application seems to get backgrounded. Any ideas how to prevent the dock and toolbars from covering my fullscreen app?

Hi,

Thank you for reporting the issue!

We tried 2 general links with HTML5 video, full screen is disabled on both these links. If you can share a link which can reproduce the issue observed by you. Also, if you can attach a video or screenshot for the same.

Hi,

We tried with the link you shared. It's working completely fine. Please, share following details:

  • OS and its version
  • Graphics card installed
  • AIR version
  • What type of packaging is it captive, native or shared?

Thanks!
