Blocks of white appear when I mouse over

I have the latest version of Flash on a 32 and 64 bit version of IE 9 on Windows 7. Whenever I put the mouse over anything Flash, white blocks appear and make it unusable.

This sounds odd. Can you post a dxdiag report so we can take a look at your system specs? What websites does this occur with (specific URL's please)? What version of Flash Player do you have installed? Also, do you notice any difference when you disable hardware acceleration?

How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration?
