Bootup Issue

Hello there. I have this app called 'Gachaverse' that I can't boot up. When I downloaded Adobe Air, installed it, and then booted up 'Gachaverse' again, the same error pops up. I tried everything to problem solve this issue, but nothing's working and I feel like giving up.

What else can I do?
