Bought an eBook but cannot read any of the content

Have downloaded the ADE so that can purchase eBooks and then transfer to Laser EB720 device.  Purchased a book via itunes and can read on my iphone but does not seem to have downloaded completely into ADE, therfore not able to read on eReader. 

Anyone help?
