Bug - TLF texts are not updating on iOS using new fast packager - is it "known issue" or not?!

Dear Adobe Team,

as you know - TLF texts are not updating on iOS apps using new fast packager.

There are two bugs about it:

Bug#3829668 - AIR 15 on iOS tlfText not rendering

Bug#3835226 - tlfText fields in Flash CS6 not being updated in Air 15 for iOS (something missed in the iOS packed file)!

In release notes for AIR 15.0.0.347 this bug was in Known issue section

In release notes for AIR 15.0.0.356 in Known issue this bug not presented.

BUT! Still in AIR 16.0.0.214 TLF text not updating!

I can't use simple TextField, because it has very limited options and strange behavior when aligning and positioning.

So - is it "Known issue" or not?! I do not understand it.
