My bug report is https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3603257 so it is before 3603433 but i have not respond for this. In general all we need is not a qualification. We need a fix. In release notes  for air 3.8 there is nothing about this problem. Maybe first of all you must update the knowing issues.

Thanks, sorry I had missed your bug.  I've related them in the database so the team will take a look.

We weren't aware of this bug when we released 3.8.  If we had been this would have definitely been fixed before our release.  That said, it's a high priority issue and we're in the middle of figuring out the proper way to address it.  As soon as I have information to share on how/when it will be fixed I will relay it along in both the bug report and forum posts.
