Bug with wrong softKeyboardRect.height

There is a bugs that this.stage.softKeyboardRect.height returns always 440 on android devices since 2013 (Tracker).

Is Adobe going to fix bugs like this?

I remember this bug was being worked on a while ago by Adobe (1-2 years?) and there was a thread in this forum about the progress. I don't remember all the details but in the end some edge cases did still not work correctly, so for us it feels safer to use an ANE for this.

IIRC the problem only exists if you use rendermode direct. Is that maybe the case for you?
