Hi there,

I can't reach the bugbase since yesterday:

The web site you are accessing has experienced an unexpected error.
Please contact the website administrator.

The following information is meant for the website developer for debugging purposes.

Resources:
  • Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
  • Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
  • Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

We noticed this earlier today too.  We've reached out to the bugbase team and they are working to resolve it asap.

Thanks and sorry for the delays.  If there's an existing bug that you'd like to get status on (and you have the bug number), please let me know and I'll look it up.

Chris

I tried to enter a bug today but the bug report form always yields a captcha code error. I cannot update the captcha field either (request generation of a new code). IE10.
