Can I create Adobe AIR applications with Dreamweaver?

Yes. Dreamweaver CS5 (and later) provides native support for building and packaging JavaScript/HTML applications on Adobe AIR for the desktop. At this time, Dreamweaver does not support creating mobile applications using Adobe AIR.

You can find more information, as well as download the extension from the Adobe AIR Tools for AIR and Ajax page.

the link you put in the article is the same link that is in the dreamweaver menu http://www.adobe.com/products/air/tools/ajax/

the problem is that the web admins have redirected all the links to http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air.html which has NO reference to dreamweaver or the extension.  Please HELP!  I have been waiting several weeks thinking that this was an oversite of some overzelous web admin but it has still not been fixed.  Even if we can just get a link promenently displayed somewhere would be great.
