Can't access bugbase.adobe.com with Safari 7.0

I'm trying to report some AIR 4 beta bugs, but can't access https://bugbase.adobe.com/ with Safari 7.0.

Safari reports:

Safari can't open the page

Too many redirects occured trying to open "https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm". This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.
