Can't find bug ID in bugbase

Hi,

I'm looking for details about these two know issues from AIR 18 Release Notes (Release Notes | Flash Player® 18 AIR® 18😞

  • PopUp shows data from the background main screen. (3945060)
  • Frequent disconnects for AIR applications on Windows (3987532)

but when I search their ID in bugbase.adobe.com I find nothing.

Where I'm wrong?

Hi Davidefonta,

I checked the bugs mentioned by you. They seem to be internal bugs. The bugs that are logged by our users are available as External bugs, and are hence, visible to everyone. While the internal bugs are for the purpose of internal tracking. Is there some specific reason for which you want to check those bugs ?

Thanks Tushar,

I develop and maintain an AIR enterprise application for Healthcare domain, where the QoS is a critical issue.

I would know if these issues are regressions from previous AIR versions an how often they happen, in order to decide if skip version 18 in our customers' environments.

Obviously I can try by myself but, if you already performed some tests, I'd like to know the results.
