Can't install AdobeAIR.

Hello

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit). I downloaded the latest version of adobe air but i can't install it. Everytime the installation beggins this message pop in: "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator." Don't know how to fix this problem, so please help me. This is install log:
