Hello,

Thank you for providing the logs, this is exaclty what we need when we are trying to troubleshoot AIR installer issues.

Microsoft has just released a brand new tool that should help you resolve this problem. I'm very curious to get your feedback on it. Would you mind giving it a try and let us know how it works for you?

For some reason when I try to run the "Fix it" a window appears that says "Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting Services BootStrapp has stopped working". Any suggestions on what I should do?

I downloaded the Newest version of Adobe Air. It said the Installation was Successful but everytime I try to open up a file with it, it tells me to run Adobe air again as if Im trying to download it again. Please Help!
