Can't register to Jira

The Jira system doesn't send me any confirmation email. So I can't log in. Alright, I know I should contact the webmaster, but his email address at jira_support@adobe.com is broken. Ugh! Where do I go from here?

Hi DataProvider,

AIR (and Flash Player) have migrated over to bugbase.adobe.com for bug and feature requests.  Could you try logging in there?  If you still have problems, please let me know.

Thanks,

Chris

Thanks Chris. I had a chat session with a support employee, and he raised a support case. So this morning I finally received my activation email message. I was able to vote on a bug I care a lot about: https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-27696

There's only two votes for this bug. But it totally kills an application when it happens. It makes mine useless.

So what happened to the bugs stored in JIRA? Have they been copied to bugbase? How could I find SDK-27696 in it?

The bugs that effected AIR and Flash Player were migrated over.  Since your bug is specific to Flex, then Jira is the correct place for the report to live and your vote should be counted.
