Can't uninstall Adobe AIR MacOS Mojave

Hi,

I'm trying to uninstall the many 32-bit Adobe applications cluttering up my MacBook before updating to Catalina.  One of them appears to be an ancient version of Adobe AIR.  When I click on the uninstaller (Applications/Utilities/Adobe AIR Uninstaller - why this was put here is beyond me) an "Adobe Air Setup" dialog box saying "Adobe AIR already installed.  This verion of Adobe AIR is already installed on your system."  Of course, this is unhelpful information for an uninstaller to provide.  Thoughts on how to uninstall?
