can't uninstall Adobe Air on MacOS Catalina: “Adobe AIR Uninstaller” is damaged and can’t be opened.

I spent 45-minutes on chat with Adobe support for the same issue on macOS Catalina, “AdobeAIR.dmg” is damaged and can’t be opened. I was told that Adobe no longer supports Adobe Air that I should go to Community Support for an answer. Unfortunately, all I find in the community forum are people with the same issue and no answers from Adobe experts. I have a paid subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and I still get crap support service. Adobe is an expensive product with continuos issues and poor support. If there was an alternative product line I would switch in a heart beat.

Is there some Adobe support team member or admin to reply here ?
