Cannot find the NetworkInfo ANE

Clicking the "Download" link for the NetworkInfo ANE on this site:

Native Extensions for Adobe AIR | Adobe Developer Connection

only leads to this side.

I can not find a download link on this site anywhere.

Is there another site for this ANE?
