Cannot install AIR 3.4 on Mac OS X 10.8.1

I have a new install of Mac OS X 10.8.1 and cannot get Adobe AIR to install. I previously could not get it to install under 10.8 either.

Logs that I've found are the following:

I haven't seen this error occur before.  Could you try repairing permissions using Disk Utility on your drive to see if that helps?

Hi Chris, I've repaired permissions as well as did a full system reinstall (based on a different issue I was having) Unfortunately neither seems to have worked. I get the same installation errors as I posted above.

Before I did the system reinstall I had actually removed the CS6 install I had, including Flashplayer and Adobe AIR (as far as I could find). So, currently I am running with no Adobe products installed.
