Cannot open application with runtime embedded (MAC)

I am creating an application with runtime embedded (AIR). The output (project.app) works fine in Windows, but when try to run in a Mac get the message:

Cannot open project because it may be damaged or incomplete

What is wrong? is a certificate problem?
