Cannot send email to license-air@adobe.com

Hi there,

We want to enquire on Adobe Air Licensing. The official email license-air@adobe.com provided rejects emails, we have tried a few emails & all cannot send through emails to the official adobe air email address, even it was listed on the Adobe website as the way to contact them on this. The email bounce back error message is as followed:

"The group license-air only accepts messages from people on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."

It seems like that the adobe email has restricted who can send them email. Please advise how we can be listed under the group & be able to send email to license-air@adobe.com ? We really need to contact Adobe on this license enquiry & it is very urgent, please help. Thank you!
