Chinese and Japanese font / character still cannot display in AIR 13.0 or 14.0.0.103, Android 4.4.2

Chinese and Japanese font / character still cannot display in AIR 13.0 or 14.0.0.103 , Android 4.4.2

Korean font is OK.

Any ideas??
