Chromebooks, mouse and touch not working

We have an Air app that downloads from Google Play to Android and Chromebooks. Some Chromebooks are completely unresponsive to mouse and touch events. I think this is a well established issue. Wondering if Harman or anyone has any thoughts on whether this is resolvable or at least on the roadmap?
