cricut craftroom and adobe air

I am having trouble with my cricut and adobe air. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled and it still will not work. I have been on the phone with cricut and they say it is an adobe issue and i contacted adobe they said to search the forum. someone please help if you are familiar with this.
