CS6 Counterfeit Message Terminates Installation

Hi,

I was having problems installing the recent updates for CS6 and so unistalled the applications, used the Adobe Cleaner Tool (which found no errors) and have been trying to reinstall the programs (from my Adobe Disc) After

I enter the serial number (which Adobe confirmed is correct after I contacted them today) an then the disk is ejected and a message appears that says Adobe can't authenticate the software and that it may be counterfeit.

I contacted Adobe again, but the wait time was approx. 30 to speak to a representative, and each time they hung up on me before they helped me to resolve the problem.

I've tried reinstalling a couple more times, but have not had any luck.

Suggestions?

I am having the same issue, however, I work at a University and I know for a fact that the disc is NOT counterfeit.  Can anyone shine some light on this subject?  I have used this disk/iso many times before and have not seen this.

I am having the same issue at the moment and was wondering if you got to the bottom of what was going on?
