Custom ANE needed (h.264 Live Streaming, RTMP)

Hello devs, I need someone who can create an extension for me, the main function is to stream live audio/video(h264) to RMTP server, switch between back/front camera, mute/unmute outgoing audio.

(Android only)

Of course it should support 64 bit as well, if you can do it, please let me know how much!
