Hi guys, I have to find a way to detect if "iBooks" is installed on the device where I'm currently running my app.

Can you help me?

Correct answer gtr

I'm using this ANE to determine if the twitter and facebook apps are installed.

I've just barely implemented the extension, and have yet to test it on the latest version of iOS, but it seems to be working fine so far...

Props to Richard Lord for sharing his code! : )

PS. You can find the urlschemes for many apps at this link. (I believe the one for iBooks library is ""ibooks://")
