Directory does not contain a Flex SDK

I have downloaded the SDK from the HARMAN site and followed the instructions from: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/x-productkb/multi/how-overlay-air-sdk-flex-sdk.html

as described in the release notes at chapter "4.3 Flash Builder". However if I want to add the FLEX SDK in FlasBuilder 4.7 I see the following error message "“Directory does not contain a Flex SDK”" after selecting the SDK Location.

 

What is causing the problem?
