DRM Error 3323, 6: The internal stores are corrupted.

I am getting Error 3323 which says my internal Adobe Access stores are corrupted.  I have tried clearing all of my vouchers through the Protected Content Playback Settings here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager08.html but I am continuing to get the error.  I have also restarted my machine.  The setting page has a link to how to permanently delete the voucher files from my computer but this link is broken or incorrect as it directs me to the Adobe Access general information page:

"To permanently remove these files, refer to this Flash Access Support Tech Note."

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Kelly,

I'm sorry you're running into problems here.  It sounds like you're using Adobe Access, if so, would you mind reposting on their forums?  I'm not aware of this error and I'm guessing you'll get better traction over there.

Thanks,

Chris
