Earlier versions of Adobe Air

Hello,

I have VUDU on my computer and it updated Adobe Air without my consent. Now I can't watch any movies with the newest version 31. It keeps telling me to install Adobe Air 29 however when I go to try and install that it keeps taking me to Air 31. How do I modify and install 29 without having to go through all these issues.  Tried uninstalling VUDU and Adobe Air and still have the same issue.  Please help.
