Enabling Demographics in Google Analytics

I've just begun using Google Analytics (thanks largely to Colin Holgate) in my AIR app developed in Flash Professional and am viewing my analytics for the first time.

Does anyone know how to enable the "Demographics" function in GA?   It says "Your tracking code does not include the necessary support to show them." and goes on to say it's a simple, one-line change to the code to add this support.

Anyone know how to do this when using the Flash Components?
