Error 3003 when trying to get modification date from file on Android

Hi there,

I have a text file that packaged up in my app. It opens an reads just fine, however when I try to query the modification time on it I get "Error #3003: File or directory does not exist". It looks like this bug has been happening for a while (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4938225).  Do I need to add an additional permission to access this info in the application.xml file perhaps?
