ERROR ITMS-9000: "Invalid Segment Alignment"

I am getting error when I try to upload the game in application loader.

I am getting this error. I surf the adobe forums and I got some ideam from Re: No longer able to submit app to iTunes.

But in there someone tells to apply

this code in mac. But I would like to know where to apply it. and how to solve the problem. Past one month I am waiting for uploading my ios app. Any one there to help me?
