ERROR ITMS-90208 - minimum OS Version - SDK 33.1.1.190 - Key is set - Problem ANE?

Hi everybody, 

I started using a new ANE for AdMob with SDK SDK 33.1.1.190 and Apple does not accept my builds any more. 

ERROR ITMS-90208: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle MyApp.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist."

Key is set (Build worked without that ANE) 

<key>MinimumOSVersion</key> 
<string>9.0</string>

I am using 64 Bit Flash Builder 4.7 on Windows 10, Java jdk1.8.0_112, 

Is it up to the ANE Developer to fix it or the Harman developers (like the Adobe developers in the past?) Or is it somehow for me possible to fix that? 

Anyhow it is great that Harman continues to develop AIR SDK!!!
