Error update the 2.6.0.19140 to 2.7

I've tried to install the new version. Returns:

Error:

"This  application requires an update to Adobe AIR but downloading that update  on your system is not allowed by your administrator. Please contact  your administrator."

My O.S. is a Windows XP SP3 32 bits (brazilian portuguese version), and my path is a web page of ADOBE.

The returns message is in portuguese version.

I translate to english to clear the problem.

Claire_s was a the same problem.

This message occurs in the others computers, too.

I've tried to uninstall (add/remove program - Control panel) but the message is the same.

Can anyone help me?
