Error with Captive runtime from optical media or usb drive

I can't get any captive runtime air applications to run from an optical disc or usb flash memory drive. The applications work until put on disc.

On windows I get the "Initial content can not be found" error. I have included all of the files created by the adt bundle.

On Mac, it just crashes immediately. In the console I see this message:

com.apple.launchd.peruser.501: ([0x0-0xce0ce].myApplication[1187]) Exited with code: 4

I've tried everything I can think of... don't know where to go from here.

Can you send me a copy of your application (ccampbel@adobe.com), I'd be happy to give this a try for you.

Thanks. I've found that the error only occurs on windows when a native extension is included. The crash on Mac happens with or without.

Thanks.  I also received your email so I'll try out your disk image.  Fwiw, I built a simple captive runtime application using Flash Builder 4.7.  I copied the .app file to both a USB drive and DVD and it ran fine with both.
