I have installed the Jacquie Lawson advent calendar and Adobe Air. When I click to open the calendar I get the Air EULA screen. After I accept, nothing at all happens. I was two other people trying different apps who have the same problem. What does it mean when it says "Could not create a file..."

Here is the relevent part of the log:

I tried to start the desktop sharing session but when I got to the place where I had to put in a session number I wasn’t sure what to put. I used those last digits from the address you gave me. Anyway, it said the session had already expired.

Thanks so much for your help. I’ve spent so much time on this that I’ve decided to officially give up. Jacquie Lawson can just have my money. I give up!! I guess I’ll just delete the App.

Thanks, though.

Laurie

Hi Laurie,

I'm sorry I missed you.  Did you try logging in that same day?  If you decide you do want to try and figure this out, please contact me at ccampbel@adobe.com and I'd be happy to schedule another time.

For some reason, AIR is unable to create the eulaAccepted file in your C:\Users\Laurie\AppData\Roaing\Adobe\AIR folder.  This might be due to directory permission issues which you can manually fix (see the blog posts at the end).

I'm also attaching a eulaAccepted file which you can download and copy into that folder.  This should also take care of the problem.

Thank you so very much. I don’t see an attached file, though. Was it in one of the blog posts?

Hmm, it should be in my post.  This what it looks like on my screen (I highlighted it yellow.)

If you still don't see it, send an email to ccampbel@adobe.com and I'll reply back with it as an attachment.
