EULA present once per reboot

User opens an AIR application and accepts the EULA. I can see the eulaaccepted file has been generated in the user's profie and is 1KB in size. Close AIR app and relaunch and no EULA.

Now I reboot the computer and launch the AIR app again, now I'm prompted to accept the EULA again. Why isn't this being saved?

After you reboot the computer, is eulaaccepted file still there? If yes, what the content of it?

After a reboot the file is still there but it's now empty.

What's version of AIR installed on your system? And what's the content in the eulaaccepted file currently?
