Hi,

I'm facing a problem ,

My iOS app built with ad-hoc, and it can run on my iPhone(9.3.4) & iPad(8.1.3) well ;

But when I try to submit the app to Apple Store, it's rejected by Apple.

The message recvied from Apple as below :

「We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 10.2 on Wi-Fi connected to an IPv6 network.Specifically, your app was still unable to load any contents after launch. We've attached screenshot(s) for your reference.」

the message of the attached screenshot is :

「Context3D not available! Possible reasons: wrong renderMode or missing device support.」

( the message shown on screen when the statg3D instance of Starling listens an ErrorEvent.ERROR event)

and renderMode already set to direct

Develop enviroment of the app:

     Adobe AIR SDK 24

     Starling 1.5.1

Does anyone knows why it happens ? I can't even reproduce the problem show as the screenshot.

Thanks!

Starling 1.5 is almost 3 years old. It could possibly be an issue related to that.

Have you tried testing on a device with iOS 10?
