FDT5 Not adding Package Content files

FDT5 - AIR3.2 - Flex4.6.1
I'm trying to compile and I have some mp3/video files but FDT seems not to add any of them to the .ipa,
I realised that cos if I add files or not to the Contents tab the .ipa is compiled with the same file size.
This was getting me nuts cos fisrt I thought it was a file path issue.

Anyone having this issue?
