Feature Request: Taskbar / Dock Progress Bars for App icon

Both OSX and Windows have support for the display of a progress bar in their respective application bars (the Taskbar and the Dock).

They also support the display of different status colors (failed, warning, etc).

I think an Adobe AIR level API for this would fit nicely into the existing NativeApplication/NativeWindow API and it would be really useful for desktop developers.
